And remember... it's all a question of taste!
It is the process in which the solid turns into gas or vapor without passing through the liquid state.
The most striking feature in sublimation is the fact that the parts produced through this process are very resistant to washing, scratching and extreme temperatures like hot and cold.
In the operation of the sublimation process, a printer adapted for sublimatic ink is used and after the image has been printed, a printing / thermal press machine is used to transfer the image to the part which must be 100 % Polyester to achieve the desired effect. However, in some cases, the part may contain only 50% polyester.
Finally the mesh is placed on the already printed paper and it is taken to high temperatures so that the ink fixes in the piece, to this process is called calandragem.
In this sector we have several employees that deal with the image in specific programs, that the client intends for the final work.
Digital printing can be performed in any type of fabric, everything from leather to the finest cotton, giving thus the client a product with a high definition result.
Our partners provides us access to the latest technology allowing a printing with great quality and facilitating delivery deadlines.
Furthermore, the ink and all products are not harmful to the health nor to the environment, therefore reducing our environmental footprint and granting us a green stamp.
Silkscreen is a printing process in which the ink is leaked - by the pressure of a squeegee or handle - through a prepared screen.
The screen (Serigraph Matrix), usually of polyester or nylon, is stretched in a frame (frame) of wood, aluminum or steel.
The "recording" of the screen is given by the process of photosensitivity, where the matrix prepared with a photosensitive emulsion is placed on a photolite, this matrix + photolite set in turn on a table of light.
The dark spots of the photolite correspond to the locations that will be leaked on the screen, allowing the ink to pass through the fabric web, and the light spots (where the light will pass through the photolithole reaching the emulsion) are waterproofed by the hardening of the photosensitive emulsion that was exposed to light.
Once the frames have been drawn, the impression is followed in the fabric in a mechanized form always accompanied by specialized technicians.
Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. Embroidery is most often used on coats, dress shirts, denim, stockings, tunics, and t-shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn color.

The entire process begins with the choice of stones or tacks by the customer.
The choice can be made at Guivanex by consulting the huge gallery of samples we have in stock.
It is a technique that through a thermo-coupling, we make a drawing, previously idealized by the client, formed by more or less shiny stones or also tacks of various types, providing very interesting results.
